These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the service and all related features. Your access constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any clause, you must immediately cease use. We may update these Terms at any time.

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register with a valid email address and password. You confirm that all registration data is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Unauthorized access due to negligence is your liability.

Permissible Conduct

You must not use the service to infringe upon the rights of others or to commit unlawful acts. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, spamming, and distribution of malicious content. You agree not to interfere with platform security. Breaches may lead to immediate suspension.

Content Ownership

All materials you upload remain your property, subject to the license you grant. You grant permission to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. You represent you hold all necessary rights. We may remove content that violates any law or these Terms.

Payment Terms

Paid features become available upon successful payment of all required fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay any relevant taxes. Non-payment may result in feature restriction.

Renewal Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless auto-renewal is disabled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. Disabling auto-renewal prevents subsequent charges but does not refund the current period. You manage renewals through account settings. We are not obligated to prorate fees.

Service Updates

We may enhance, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes will be announced at least seven days prior to implementation. No compensation is due for changes. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updates.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security concerns. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted cease immediately. You must delete any local copies of materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the platform’s software and content remain with the original rights holders. No ownership rights transfer to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited. Legal remedies apply for infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous six months. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates. Disputes shall be resolved first by negotiation, then by arbitration or courts as specified. Each party bears its own legal costs. Severability ensures that invalid clauses do not affect remaining provisions.
